QC 理化专员

岗位职责：
1. Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process and finished products and testing of USP water system.

对起始物料、中间过程和成品进行检测以及USP水系统的检测。

2. Ensure equipment used in the laboratory is in optimum condition and within calibration.

确保实验室使用的设备处于状态且在校准有效期内。

3. Follow written policies and procedures, specifications and test methods at all times.

任何时候都要遵守书面的策略文件、规程文件、质量标准和检验方法。

4. Provide testing support to investigations.

为调查提供检测支持。

5. Prepare and log preparation of standards and reagents.

进行并登记标准品和试剂的制备。

6. Report to QC supervisor on any deviation and/or human error for proper documentation and actions.

向QC主管报告任何与正确的文件和行动的偏差或和人为误差。

7. Support all internal and external audits.

为内部审计和外部审计提供支持。

8. Proper managing of forms and laboratory log books.

适当的管理表格和实验室日志。

9. Monitoring, review, and documentation of laboratory equipment and chambers performance.

实验室仪器设备性能的监控、审核和记录。

10. Conduct stability testing and reporting on time in accordance to written procedures.

按照书面规程按时进行稳定性检测和报告。

11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor in time.
