微生物研发科学家

工作职责：

1.　　 领导肠道微生态项目的临床前研究；

1. 分离、鉴定人体肠道微生物，建立菌库；
2. 建立研究方案，通过体内和体外实验验证微生物功能；
3. 为临床前项目提供稳定的高质量的菌株；
4. 负责按照注册申报法规要求进行相关申报资料的撰写。

任职要求：

1.　　 学历要求：博士，有1到2年相关工作经验优先；

2.　　 专业要求：微生物、生物技术、制药学等相关专业；

3.　　 具有熟练的英文文献阅读能力，对文献或研究结果能进行批判性思考；

4.　　 有良好的沟通及写作能力。

Job description:

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. lead the preclinical study of the intestinal microecology project；

2. Isolation and identification of human intestinal microorganisms and establish a bacterial bank;

3. Establish the research program and verify the microbial function through in vivo and in vitro experiments;

4. Provide stable and high quality strains for pre-clinical projects;

5. Help file regulatory document to support regulatory filing.

Requirements:

1.　　 Doctoral degree with 1-2 years working experience is preferred；

2.　　 Majored in a relevant discipline such as Microbiology / Biotechnology/ Pharmacy;

3.　　 Proficient in English. Able to read scientific publications and think critically. Good writing skills in both Chinese and English;

4.　　 Have good communication skills and be able to work in a cross-functional team.
